These terms govern access to SEND and creator-linked coin launches.

Using SEND
You may use SEND only for lawful activity and must provide accurate launch information. You are responsible for the coin, artwork, links, and creator association you submit.
Creator associations
A public profile may be referenced without the creator joining first. That reference does not mean the creator launched, owns, endorses, or partnered with the coin.
Payments and refunds
A launch begins only after a qualifying confirmed SOL transfer. Failed launches follow the displayed refund process. Trading and third-party venue activity are outside SEND's control.
